Is Nikon L20 camera good enough to take some normal pictures?

Is Nikon L20 camera good enough to take some absolutely normal, non-artictic pictures during my trip to London? If not, what’s better with price about £100/$164/€116?

    Of course. However take plenty of batteries and memory with you.
